Some
of these services are best delivered in person at your site, others over the
phone. All of these services are available directly from ROI. Some may require
special expertise or resources that are available only from third parties. In
these cases, if you wish, ROI will act as the prime contractor.
Hot-line
Telephone Support (HTS), is intended to provide quick answers and solutions to
day-to-day Application related questions and problems, allowing you to get on
with your work with as little delay and disruption as possible. HTS staffing
levels are intended to provide either immediate or within-the-hour response.
This service is offered between 8:30am and 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
