Implementation

The first phase of implementation is to have your key management attend a planning session This session training is designed to give a complete overview of all functionality available within the new application. This also helps to determine which fields and functions your company will benefit from most, so to "tailor" your system's set-up options around your requirements.

With this knowledge, your staff will be practicing the system's functions on a test or training company on your hardware as well as preparing documentation and stationary for the conversion. Data conversion is also taking place. Finally, on-site training is provided to give your staff one-on-one instruction with your system and your data.

An implementation guide is available to assist with your internal responsibilities and milestone dates to insure your project will remain on track. There is a nominal charge for this guide.

Training

One of the most important aspects of using any fully integrated software system is the training and support provided. We have found that our most successful installations are those that have benefited by being trained by our Support Staff. A Project Manager will be allocated to your company to help you go "live". An implementation and training schedule will be drawn up at the beginning of the installation to help ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
